REVAMPING OF PRODUCTION WATER TREATMENT AND RE-INJECTION

ECOMACCHINE in November 2021 completed and shipped a Dissolved Gas Flotation (DGF) package complete with saturation unit.

ECOMACCHINE was in charge of the complete design, pre-assembling and final assembly on site and commissioning of the unit.

The job has been made for ENI Med and the New Oil Center (NCO) in Gela.

The unit is able to treat 58 m3/hr of production water with a very high content of chlorides (42,500 mg/l), with less than 50% of TSS and decreasing from 80 to 5 mg/l the oil content in the treated water at outlet.
